Project Management : Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets for MEP work ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead and manage MEP teams including site engineers supervisors and subcontractors.
Coordinate with other departments (civil structural etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and review detailed project reports including progress reports cost reports and risk assessments.
Quality Assurance and Control : Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures for MEP work.
Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively.
Procurement : Participate in the selection and procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
Manage relationships with MEP suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.
Liaison : Maintain effective communication with consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Cost Management : Develop and manage MEP project budgets. Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and review cost reports and invoices.
Full-time
