Restaurant Manager- Rogers Arkansas
Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Rogers area for a New Restaurant Opening! The ideal restaurant manager should be a values-driven leader with exceptional integrity strong customer service skills and the ability to balance administrative and financial responsibilities while inspiring their team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Share our core values and promote a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing
- Demonstrate extraordinary integrity and lead by example to achieve a common goal
- Empower and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and cuisine
- Balance administrative and financial responsibilities with operational duties
- Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations and be accountable for successes and failures
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: up to $65000

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Managerin a Full Service concept
- High volume background - must have RestaurantManager experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant Manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
