Job Description
Your responsibilities
- You are the guarantor of the industrialization of new developments as well as the optimization of existing engines ensuring consistency between design requirements and industrial capabilities.
- You ensure the industrial feasibility of new products from the design phase by anticipating manufacturing constraints defining the necessary resources and securing the transition to series production.
- You optimize existing manufacturing processes by implementing continuous improvement actions aimed at increasing quality productivity and robustness.
- You implement and monitor process validation plans manufacturing routings control tools and all technical documentation required for product manufacturing.
- You actively contribute to the development of the industrial strategy including defining investments structuring production flows and supporting team upskilling.
- You play a key coordination role between R&D and production ensuring a smooth and proactive interface between product development and industrial execution
Your profile
- You have a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- You have at least 5 years experience in methods engineering R&D or new product industrialization.
- You are proactive capable of stepping back challenging proposed solutions and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders in product development.
- You are fluent in French and English (C1). Knowledge of German would be an asset
- You stand out for your autonomy your ability to work as part of a team and your leadership skills. Your ability to propose innovative solutions and to communicate are also among your strengths.
