Flowdesks mission is to build a global financial institution for digital assets one designed from the ground up for market integrity and efficiency.

Flowdesk is growing fast and as a Backend Engineer youll work closely with our Trading and Sales teams to build and scale our market-making infrastructure and our brokerage OTC platform using the latest cloud and deployment technologies. Youll be part of a dynamic squad of 4/5 engineers tackling exciting technical challenges and contributing to developing a leading infrastructure that integrates over 140 crypto exchanges.
Requirements
- Enhance the reliability and performance of our infrastructure ensuring it scales with our growth.
- Improve data acquisition channels ensuring our systems are always fed with real-time accurate data.
- Solve incoming technical issues quickly and efficiently ensuring minimal downtime.
- Integrate new technical/financial microservices that will further strengthen our infrastructure.

What Were Looking For
- Programming experience with at least one modern language and the confidence to work on Typescript NodeJS (Go and Rust are a plus)
- Experience with test frameworks to ensure that our code is clean reliable and scalable.
- A track record of designing complex systems (architecture design patterns reliability and scaling).
- Problem-solving mindset able to tackle challenges and optimize solutions in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with web3 libraries ( go-ethereum etc.).
- Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture.
- Interest or experience in Financial/Capital Markets.
