Job Summary:
This Registered Nurse (RN) position requires providing skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to patients facing age-related frailty and serious illness. The RN will perform patient assessments administer medications develop treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A minimum of two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU or Operating Room settings.
Special Considerations:
- Variable start times (6 AM or 12 PM).
- May require floating between units.
- RTO (Return to Office) is required.
