Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer who focuses on the specification design procurement maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and equipment used to support factory operations.

This position is located in Flamatt Switzerland.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Takingresponsibilityfor the process: maintenance of production systems/equipment. Coordination and execution of maintenance and repairs in cooperation with external suppliers
  • Monitoring identification and implementation of measures to improve equipment performance
  • Project and/or sub-project management related to the development of new production systems and technologies and their introduction into ongoing production
  • Responsible for equipment and process validations
  • Creation and maintenance of production documentation and specifications especially process instructions
  • Proactive production support in case of issues

We believe you have

  • Completed engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering ) or equivalent technical education
  • At least 3 years experience in maintenance and optimization of production systems
  • Experience in mechanical design electrical and control systems
  • Experience in plant engineering and automation
  • Experience in industrialization and process improvement
  • Very good German language skills
  • English: good oral and written skills
