Job Description
Role and responsibilities
- Identify critical business drivers sensitivities and trends and support decision-making with data and insights.
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required
- Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modeling.
- Receive evaluate and recommend any required action on performance reporting.
- Perform cost center planning based on analysis received on cost center reports and work with non-finance managers to drive the budgeting process.
- Review and calculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysis.
- Engage with COE to raise requests for reporting and analysis and provide additional commentary to support business decision-making.
- Support Site Finance BP Head with analysis and presentations
Background education and experience
- Tertiary qualification in finance/business or a bachelors in business administration
- 3-5 years experience in a multinational company healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Past role as Business Partner Finance in an international environment with different levels of stakeholders.
- Controlling/accounting experience in multiple industries would also be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Digital and technology affinity
- Experienced with SAP S4/BPC MS Office package and Copilot
- Fluent in English and German
