About the job
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Designing and developing quantitative and generative AI assets by translating business problems and requirements into actionable insights
Partnering with other Business Functions to align with market state-of-the-art solutions and identify Advanced Analytics opportunities to be embedded the existing processes
Developing data science products ensuring business improvements are impactful and aligned to the company objectives and strategy including appropriate and structured documentation of the methodology and data used
Leverage the Data Lake information and cloud infrastructure as well as the current technology landscape to design the solutions
Selecting features building and optimizing models using Machine Learning and other Advanced Analytics techniques
Coordinating with the Innovation reference people to identify suitable processes for AI agents analyze them and develop AI Agents use cases
Presenting results and insights to business and driving the conversation about innovation directions in the Advanced Analytics space
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
University degree/ Education preferably in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Physics or similar
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
Proficiency in Python and/or R modelling & real-time analytics database languages (e.g. SQL) big data frameworks and Cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform Azure AWS)
Deep understanding of Generative AI models their implementation in business settings
Previous experience with AI Agents (e.g. GCP Agent builder) is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Team orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
Excellent English proficiency presentation and communication skills
