Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Network Technical Lead to join our IT Infrastructure team. This key technical role involves managing and developing complex network environments with a strong passion for cloud connectivity and modern infrastructure practices. You will be the go-to expert for the network domain responsible for architectural decisions leading implementations and collaborating closely with the Cloud Standard Architecture team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our network architecture with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) SD-WAN connectivity and Cloudflare integration to ensure secure and optimized performance.
Your key tasks
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert on all network-related topics guiding architectural choices in alignment with cloud and enterprise standards.
- Design & Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of advanced network solutions including OCI networking SD-WAN hybrid connectivity and Cloudflare services such as Zero Trust and DNS.
- Collaboration: Work synergistically with cloud architects infrastructure teams and external partners to deliver scalable and secure network solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on support for network issues participate in scheduled on-call rotations and ensure high availability and performance.
- Automation & GitOps: Promote infrastructure-as-code practices and version-controlled network configuration management based on GitOps principles.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies preferably Cisco SD-WAN.
- Experience with Cloudflare services including DNS management Zero Trust policies and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and practices (e.g. Terraform Ansible).
- Experience working with GitOps workflows and version-controlled infrastructures.
- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Oracle Cloud and Cisco SD-WAN certifications are a plus.
- Training or certifications on Cloudflare technologies are welcome.
