An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Data Solution Lead to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. In this varied and challenging position you will lead a team of skilled Data Analysts and Modelers to deliver end to end data enablement and solutions for the organisation.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Successfully plan design develop and deliver end-to-end value-adding data solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities assess feasibility viability cost priority and the value of solutions.
- Apply hands-on technical skills to guide design and develop new data solutions and improve existing ones as required.
- Present data solutions insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure high data quality integrity and security throughout all data handling processes.
- Manage demand assessment planning and delivery of data solutions against time resources and budget.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in data technologies and analytics steering the data and analytics to higher capabilities.
- Lead mentor and develop team members nurturing an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Demonstrated success in a similar Data Solution Lead role within a large corporate organisation.
Deep data expertise in SAP sales procurement and inventory
Experience in market-leading data solution tools to manage the end-to-end data life cycle including integration storage transformation modelling analysis and presentation.
SAP data/BW/HANA modelling experience is preferred
- Experience in Snowflake Data Services AWS Analytics Services would be advantageous
- Experience in KANBAN methods of workflow and adaptability in a dynamic and agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management ability with highly developed verbal personal and written communications skills
- Strong skills in business analysis to frame the right questions and find the right answers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python or R and experience with AI/ML use cases is advantageous but not essential
