Your mission:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates for highly specialized and technical roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and define effective sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Proactively identify attract and engage passive and active candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain a robust network of top-tier technical talent through market research relationship management and industry event participation.
- Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to potential candidates effectively communicating GetYourGuides employer value proposition.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and GetYourGuides culture.
- Manage and maintain the candidate database ensuring data accuracy and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Contribute to a best-in-class candidate experience by optimizing sourcing processes and providing timely communication.
Your toolkit:
- You have a strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition with a proven track record as a Technical Sourcer in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest sourcing techniques tools and market trends to continuously improve effectiveness.
- You are an expert in identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong time management prioritization and organizational skills.
- Passionate about the GetYourGuide product and are ready to effectively pitch it to engage top technical talent.
- An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- You are data-driven and leverage insights to optimize sourcing strategies and report on progress
