Job Title: Technical Support
Location: NJ/Florham Park(Onsite)

Job Description:
Install configure and maintain desktop hardware software printers and peripherals.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person phone and remote assistance.
Manage user accounts permissions and access in Active Directory and other systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates patches and antivirus management.
Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues on desktops and laptops.
Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices according to organizational standards.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects.
Asset Management and imaging
Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
Full-time
