The Position
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to fill a newly created and critical role as Global Head - Data and Digital Solutions. This senior leadership position within the Sites Network Enablement Team offers a unique opportunity to define and deploy data and digital products across our Sites Network while also managing our business process management capabilities. You will be instrumental in shaping this role as it evolves leading a team dedicated to promoting a connected and consistent digital and data environment. While collaborating and contributing as a key member of the Sites Network Enablement Team this senior leader will have the opportunity to shape the role as it evolves.
The Opportunity
Define master data governance digital product solution approaches and end-to-end process architecture for the Corporate Strategy Sustainability and Sites (CS) function.
Ensure a robust interoperable data architecture and ownership of source/master data and global Sites Network data products and processes.
Define the data strategy roadmap models and governance ensuring data quality interoperability and alignment with FAIR principles.
Create and own a product strategy for Sites Network digital products in strong collaboration with Roche Digital Technology including roadmap decisions prioritization and lifecycle management.
Harmonize business processes and act as a central orchestrator for process governance tooling and continuous improvement across the Sites Network.
Provide support beyond the Sites Network to other sites helping them adopt global data and digital solutions.
Lead a team in both established areas such as an experienced Business Process Management Lead as well building up new team members in the area of Data & Digital.
Act as the single point of contact for Roche Digital Technology ensuring CS-wide alignment with enterprise policies and strategy.
Who You Are
You possess a University Degree preferably in Data Science or Data Analytics with relevant experience in data governance and data ownership.
You have a proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise data management concepts managing data governance and developing data strategies for corporate functions.
You demonstrate excellent senior stakeholder management skills and a strong understanding of our Sites Network processes capabilities and regulatory requirements.
You are an expert in implementing and managing comprehensive data governance frameworks coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate and drive initiatives across different teams and departments.
You possess an innovative mindset with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes.
You bring the ability to coach a team of high performing employees; you enable performance that delivers collective value beyond individual contributions
