The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the harmonization of engineering processes across our global distribution transformers business.
As Engineering Process Lead you will play a key role in aligning how we design build and deliver transformersfrom customer request to final delivery.
You will work across the Global Product Group (GPG) Business Unit (BU) HUBs and Transformer factories to unify fragmented engineering practices. This role is central to our transformation journey helping us move from local manual ways of working to a global digital and standardized approach.
You will lead the development of end-to-end engineering processes with a strong focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) ERP integration and digital tools at the same time collaborate with engineering IT operations and sales teams to ensure that our processes are efficient scalable and aligned with business goals.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization
Your background
Degree in electrical mechanical engineering IT or a related field
57 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management
Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows
Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
