The Opportunity: From Your Expertise to AI Leadership
We are a 15-person Swiss AI company with a unique mission: to help Swiss businesses (SMEs) thrive by using AI safely and effectively. While other companies sell AI licenses and walk away we know the real magic happens when people are empowered to use the tools.
Swiss businesses dont need another AI vendor. They need a trusted guide. Someone who understands their world can translate AI into their language and can build the human skills needed for transformation.
That guide is you. We believe the best AI leaders of the future wont be just coders; they will be communicators trainers and strategists from every field.
Your 18-Month Transformation Journey
This is a structured program designed to build on your existing talents and turn you into a leader in AI adoption.
Phase 1: Foundation (Months 1-3) - The Learner
Youll start by learning the landscape. We dont expect you to know what a Large Language Model is on day one. Your job is to learn our secure AI platform shadow client meetings and understand the core challenges our clients face. By month 3 youll be confidently answering client questions and helping facilitate workshops.
- A Day in Your Life (Month 2): Preparing workshop materials that are clear and jargon-free. Helping a client from the finance industry write their first effective AI prompt. Documenting client feedback to help our product team improve. Spending time in our AI Academy learning at your own pace.
Phase 2: The Bridge (Months 4-9) - The Translator & Teacher
Now you start connecting your past expertise with your new AI knowledge. Youll lead your own workshops teaching employees how to use AI for tasks relevant to their jobs. Youll become the go-to person for a set of clients managing their journey from novice to proficient.
- A Day in Your Life (Month 5): Leading a workshop for a marketing team showing them how to use AI for creative brainstorming. Onboarding a new client and designing their first 90-day success plan. Collaborating with Fabio on how to improve our training methodology.
Phase 3: The Architect (Months 10-18) - The Strategist
Youre no longer just teaching how to use a tool; youre architecting change. Youll work with company leaders to develop AI adoption roadmaps. Youll leverage your backgroundwhether in logistics HR or designto build specialized strategies for that industry.
- A Day in Your Life (Month 10): Presenting a 12-month AI strategy to the leadership of a retail company. Mentoring a new team member who has just started their own journey. Writing an article about how AI is changing your former industry establishing yourself as a thought leader.
Who Were Looking For (Hint: Its Probably You)
We are explicitly NOT looking for candidates with AI or IT consulting experience. We are looking for talented individuals who want to make a career pivot.
Your background could be in:
- Project Management: You know how to manage change and deliver results.
- Teaching / Corporate Training: You excel at making complex topics simple and empowering people.
- Journalism / Communications: You are a master of clear communication and critical thinking.
- Design / User Experience (ZHdK etc.): You think deeply about how people interact with technology.
- Business / Management / Operations: You understand how organizations work and what drives success.
- Humanities / Philosophy: You excel at argumentation ethics and structured thought.
The Mindset is Key:
- A Natural Teacher: You find joy in helping others have that aha! moment.
- Deeply Curious: You read about new ideas for fun and love asking why
- A Systems Thinker: You instinctively see patterns and connect dots that others miss.
- Growth Obsessed: You measure your success in new skills acquired.
- Non-Negotiables: Fluent German and English. Eligible to work in Switzerland and available to work from our Zurich office.

- Starting Salary: CHF 65000 - 75000 (based on your current professional experience).
