The Opportunity
Were seeking a collaborative strategic and thoughtful technical leader to join Worldline Europes leading payment solutions provider. As Technical Director for terminals area youll guide the future of our payment terminal portfolio. with focus on hardware solutions and ep2 standards implementation. Youll develop our technical strategy ensure quality excellence through vendor partnerships and support a talented team of Business engineers and QAs. Your leadership will create positive impact across millions of payment transactions helping shape the direction for our future growth in terminal solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Technology Strategy Leadership: Drive terminal technology strategy and transformation that drives business objectives market differentiation and positions Worldline as an industry leader in payment solutions
Industry Engagement: Represent Worldlines interests in EP2 standards forums and contribute to the terminal technology community
Innovation & Technical Excellence: Champion architectural innovation and engineering best practices across the terminal ecosystem evaluating emerging technologies that create unique value while ensuring technical integrity
Strategic Collaboration Leadership: Orchestrate effective partnerships across the terminal ecosystem including external vendors technical stakeholders and internal functions
Budget & Resource Optimisation: Allocate resources effectively across internal teams and external providers to maximize ROI
Talent Development & Cultivate Culture: Mentor and develop technical talents to foster a high-performing innovative and collaborative culture
Governance & Standards Leadership: Establish robust frameworks for regulatory compliance security standards quality assurance methodologies and partner collaboration processes to ensure excellence across vendor-delivered solutions
