We are seeking a talented and proactive Employer Brand and Communications Manager to join our dynamic this role you will contribute to shaping the companys brand and reputation across various communication channels with a focus on Employer and Corporate Branding and ESG topics. This role offers strategic as well as hands-on responsibilities.
Your Mission: Bring Swissquotes Brand to Life across Three Dimensions
1. Employer Branding Make Swissquote a Talent Magnet
Strategic Employer Brand Development:
- Help position Swissquote as a top employer in Switzerland and internationally both internally and externally. Gain recognition across Universum Great Place to Work and Best Employers in Switzerland rankings.
- Employer brand Strategy & Campaign planning: Collaborate with HR Marketing and Business Lines (e.g. Tech Sales Customer Care Legal) to develop a differentiated employer brand strategy that reflects our industry and target markets. Design and execute a compelling employer brand yearly activation roadmap. Lead recruitment campaigns and events in collaboration with creative agencies ensuring alignment with hiring objectives and EVP positioning.
- Digital Presence & Reputation Management: Highlight what makes working at Swissquote unique through storytelling and content creation. Own and deliver our employer social media strategy hands-on as well as in collaboration with creative partners. Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Glassdoor etc). Promote Swissquote as an employer of choice through internal mobility initiatives referrals and platform optimization (e.g. JobIn).
- Campus & Early Talent Engagement: Build strong partnerships with universities and business/engineering schools through Guest lectures sponsorships speed recruiting graduation projects. Active participation in career fairs student challenges and hackathon
- Candidate Experience Ownership: Take full ownership of the candidate experience including: Redesigning the Swissquote Careers website and ATS journey and enhancing the interview process from communication to onboarding.
- Internal Culture & Engagement: Lead internal employer branding initiatives to strengthen pride purpose and belonging. Coordinate employee events that reflect Swissquotes culture and values (e.g. internal hackathon culture days).
2. Corporate Branding Build Trust with Investors and Stakeholders
- You will be a key player in shaping how Swissquote is perceived in the financial world. You will evolve the corporate narratives that speak to investors partners and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure corporate communication such as our annual report and investor materials reflect our brand identity.
3. ESG Elevate Our Voice and Values
- Lead an annual ESG-related marketing and communication initiative turning our sustainability actions into authentic brand stories.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Public Relations ideally in employer branding corporate branding or external relations experience is a plus.
- You have a strong sensitivity for communication nuances and know how to strike the right tone across diverse audiences and contexts.
- Collaborative proactive and confident in working across departments cultures and levels.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with a sharp eye for storytelling and content creation. Ideally you are comfortable to bring to life ideas designing and posting across social touchpoints.
- Fluent English and French; German is a plus.
- Excellent hands-on approach with project management and communication skills.
