Location: Zug Switzerland
Key responsibilities:
Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial programs and policies to meet business needs.
Implement and execute Administration & Secretarial processes and policies through ongoing support and solutions related to documentation mail routine reports travel appointments operating office equipment and general enquiry.
Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to like making travel arrangements arranging appointments and meetings.
Collaborate within the teams to support activities like responding to inquiries data entry and operating office equipment reception/telephone/switchboard and greeting visitors.
Participate in driving transformation and change of Administration & Secretarial practices to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Significant experience supporting either a CHRO or HRLT
Fluent English German an asset
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
