We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to join our Churn Management team as a Senior Churn Manager within the Sunrise Consumer Customer this role you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to reduce churn enhance prevention activities and strengthen loyalty. You will also collaborate closely with Operations to drive continuous improvements in customer retention initiatives.
