Job Description
EduTalent Group is supporting a new international school campus in Lugano Switzerland opening in September 2025. As part of this exciting development we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a valuesdriven boutique school that blends the Reggio Emilia philosophy with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
The Early Years learning space is designed around a central Piazza with creative ateliers encouraging childled inquiry collaboration and creativity. The school will serve both international and local families offering an inclusive and innovative educational experience for learners aged 3 14.
Requirements
We are looking for an educator who is passionate reflective and committed to progressive early years practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in international or inquirybased settings and be motivated by the opportunity to cocreate a new school environment.
Essential Requirements:
A teaching qualification that permits instruction in Primary Education
Nativelevel English fluency (spoken and written)
EU passport or existing right to live and work in Europe
Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood or primary education
Proven understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach and/or IB PYP framework
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Ability to plan and deliver engaging inquirybased learning experiences
Experience documenting student learning and growth
Commitment to child wellbeing and safeguarding
