Production Supervisor
Requirements:
-
Completed bachelor's degree.
-
Advanced English.
-
5 years of relevant experience; familiar with production planning shop floor management personnel supervision and quality control processes.

Strong organizational coordination team management and communication skills; Capable of independently handling workshop production issues and conducting root cause analysis and improvement; Proficient in office software and basic data analysis.
Job Responsibilities:

Based on sales forecasts and customer orders coordinate with the production planner and production manager to reasonably formulate and execute production plans. Ensure on-time delivery with required quality and quantity to meet customer needs.

Support the production manager in achieving the workshop’s KPI targets conduct regular reviews and propose improvement suggestions based on statistical results.

Assist in the implementation and promotion of the workshop’s annual key improvement projects (KIPs) conduct periodic reviews and provide timely feedback on progress.

Collaborate with the production manager to coordinate and prepare key production elements (personnel equipment jigs and fixtures materials documentation and workspace) to ensure smooth execution of the production plan.

Assist the production manager in executing the workshop's basic daily and exception management tasks.

Responsible for implementing training and assessment plans for workshop employees.

Handle and coordinate abnormal issues that arise in various production stages and provide timely feedback.

Complete other tasks assigned by upper management.
