Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an Tooling Supervisor located in Shanghai WGQ.
Reporting to the Production Manager the Tooling Supervisors role involves
What a typical day looks like:
- Mold management and system setting:
- Establish improve and implement mold management systems processes and operating procedures (SOP).
- Mold maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and maintenance procedures for molds.
- Mold troubleshooting:
- Mold installation debugging and production support:
- Organize guide or participate in the trial and acceptance of new molds and propose improvement suggestions.
- Team management and personnel development:
The experience were looking to add to our team:
College degree or above major in mold design and manufacturing mechanical manufacturing material forming or related fields.

More than 5 years of experience in stamping tooling maintenance and management and at least 2 years of experience in tooling team management. Experience in manufacturing molds for mechanical or metal products is preferred.
Being able to clearly communicate production plans standards and requirements while patiently listening to the opinions of employees and other departments effectively resolving communication conflicts across departments or within teams and ensuring smooth information transmission.
