Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with proven expertise in Manufacturing Cloud or Automotive Cloud including OmniStudio Business Rules Engine (BRE) and other Industry Cloud frameworks. This role will lead architecture design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions aligning business requirements with technical best practices while ensuring scalability performance and maintainability. The ideal candidate will have deep industry process knowledge and strong technical leadership capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and delivery of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud or Automotive Cloud solutions leveraging Omni Studio Business Rules Engine (BRE) and other Industry Cloud frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging core Salesforce platform capabilities industry cloud features and integrations.
- Create and maintain high-level architecture diagrams data models and integration frameworks.
- Apply deep knowledge of Manufacturing or Automotive industry processes—such as sales agreements account forecasting dealer management service lifecycle and warranty management—into the Salesforce architecture.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for Apex LWC Flows and API integrations to ensure maintainable high-performance solutions.
- Design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems
- Support RFPs and presales by preparing solution blueprints effort estimates technical proposals and client presentations.
