This role is to ensuring operational efficiency cost control and compliance across our fleet operations.

Duties & Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain Coastal vehicle maintenance schedules and records.
- Track vehicle and equipment locations across all regions.
- Manage and update the asset register for vehicles and related equipment.
- Compile monthly fuel expenditure reports for management.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance repairs and breakdown responses.
- Source quotations for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain comprehensive vehicle maintenance files.
- Coordinate tracking and radio fitment for new and existing vehicles.
- Manage insurance claims and accident repairs.
- Ensure timely vehicle licensing renewals.
- Maintain and manage budget schedules for each vehicle.
- Update driver/operator records and service schedules.
- Monitor vehicle usage speeding and fuel anomalies.
- Liaise with operations on daily vehicle availability and location.
- Handle daily fleet-related administrative tasks
- Review overnight vehicle movement reports.
- Ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance.
- Book vehicles for service and update records.
- Follow up on repairs and licensing documentation
