You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a structured and proactive Administrator and Stock Controller to play a key role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating supervising and controlling warehouse activities and administrative processes in accordance with company policies. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with technicians engineers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Update supervise and manage our computer-based maintenance system (GMAO).
Create and manage documentation for daily operations and maintenance.
Ensure all completed documentation is properly archived.
Generate weekly and monthly reports based on data from the maintenance system.
Handle material orders returns and deliveries.
Inspect incoming materials and register them in the system.
Follow up on damaged or faulty materials with suppliers (NCR).
Support managers and engineers with shift planning training coordination and other administrative tasks.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Allocate and record working hours for administrative and technical staff.
Your profile
You have experience from the industrial sector and have worked closely with technicians as part of a team or organizational function. You are familiar with ERP systems and comfortable managing work orders tracking materials and handling documentation in systems like GMAO or similar. With a structured and disciplined approach you communicate effectively with technicians and suppliers and collaborate easily across different parts of the organization. Your strong communication and negotiation skills combined with a social and open-minded attitude make you a valuable link between departments. You are independent in your work yet thrive in team environments and you adapt quickly to changing circumstances with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Administration Logistics or equivalent.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP GMAO 3D-Experience).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Knowledge of Swedish or Spanish is considered an advantage for the role.
