Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist


  • Do you have experience in D2C or B2C marketing
  • Do you have hands-on experience with CRO (conversion rate optimisation) from AB testing and funnel analysis to landing page optimisation
  • Do you understand how AI is reshaping digital marketing and want to apply this knowledge in a forward-thinking team
  • Are you commercially aware: someone who really understands how marketing supports sales and drives revenue
  • Do you have a background in technology/SaaS professional services marketing corporate training or financial services

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our clients London-based team supporting the growth in sales of their public training courses.

This role offers the chance to truly own the marketing approach for a business unit: evolving and the marketing plan for this area; shaping intelligent campaigns that attract learners; optimise digital journeys; and ultimately convert interest into enrolments.

The marketing team is 12 strong. You will be the lead and own marketing activity for our clients public courses business from campaign planning to optimisation.



The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing with day-to-day alignment to the business-unit lead you will:

  • Drive lead generation and enrolments ensuring more learners convert directly online.
  • Apply CRO best practices: AB testing journey mapping landing page optimisation funnel analysis and copy testing to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO SEM and paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn including agency management.
  • Analyse performance report on impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with peers across the wider marketing team while acting as the go-to marketer for this business area.
  • Stay ahead of trends especially in how AI is changing advertising and search behaviour (ChatGPT Gemini Llama etc.).

Salary:
Hybrid: 3 days office (Central London) 2 days work from home



What were looking for:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing and campaign execution with measurable results (lead growth conversion uplift ROI).
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or B2C marketing ideally where customers purchase online.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • CRO / funnel optimisation (AB testing user flow analysis landing page design copy optimisation).
  • Campaign planning & execution across paid and organic channels.
  • Data analysis & reporting (Adobe Analytics Google Analytics or similar).
  • Ability to balance technical skills (data CRO automation tools analytics) with creative content (short-form copy compelling messaging).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving team: a doer who rolls up their sleeves and drives change.
  • Strong communicator - succinct precise and engaging in both writing and spoken form.
