Position Overview We are hiring for an Implementation Manager to be responsible for the planning coordination and execution of new client implementations. This role leads our clients through the onboarding process - ensuring alignment with their clinical workflows and operational objectives as well as regulatory standards. During the implementation process the Implementation Manager serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition onto our solutions. - Take ownership of the client experience as they move from Sales to Support
- Lead the implementation process to ensure clients are successfully onboarded to our software
- Guide the client through all stages of the implementation life cycle - including discovery planning configuration and training
- Champion and support change management with clients and ensure organizational readiness for go-live
- Oversee data migration integration configuration and system readiness
- Advise clients on best practices within hospice and palliative care industry to ensure they are configuring the software to return maximum results
- Work with Training and Product Management teams to understand functionality of Curantis software
- Report project status and escalate risks or delays to leadership
Work Experience - 5 years of EMR implementation or project management experience
- with experience in hospice or palliative care software strongly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one hospice EMR (e.g. WellSky MatrixCare Axxess Suncoast AlayaCare)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors
Education Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing Health Informatics IT or related field required. Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus. Skills The ideal candidate will be:
