Title - UK Customer Support
Location - Mohali 67
Salary -Up to 30-32k CTC
5.5 days working Cabs (pick n drop) UK Shifts Week off- either Saturday or Sunday.
Exp - 6-12 Months
Details:-
Serve as a main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
Stay on top of accounts making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
Address customers needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
Preferred 6 months experience in International Customer Service.
Strong English communication skills required.
Immediate joining preferred.
