Set right on the harbourfront with sweeping views of Hong Kongs skyline Dockyard is a new kind of restaurant that brings together an array of quick-service Asian-style eateries alongside a fully serviced bar all within a sleek industrial-inspired setting.
We are looking for a Bartender - Dockyard based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Bartender - Dockyard we rely on you to:
- Provide consistent high-quality beverage and service to guests
- Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the Hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
- Clean all glassware utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 1 years relevant experience gained in Hotels Clubhouses or premium Bars
- With formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of standard drink recipes spirits wine and beer
- Understanding of classes of alcohol different glasses brand names and garnishments
