We are looking for a Senior Bartender - Lobster Bar & Grill based at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Senior Bartender we rely on you to:
- Provide consistent high-quality beverage and service to guests
- Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
- Clean all glassware utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Hotels Clubhouses or premium Bars
- Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of standard drink recipes spirits wine and beer
- Understanding of classes of alcohol different glasses brand names and garnishments
