About the Role
As a Waiter / Waitress - Dockyard (侍應生) you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
- Assist with order taking providing recommendations and information on the latest promotions as well as delivering food and beverages.
- Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- 確保所分配的工作區域運作順暢並維持餐廳的服務質素
- 根據酒店標準保持工作區域的清潔及整備
- 協助點餐提供餐飲推介及最新優惠資訊並負責送餐服務
- 收集意見以提升服務質素
- 履行上司分配的工作
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
- Customer-oriented team player.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- 具備至少一年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
- 以客為本及具備團隊合作精神
- 良好中英文書寫及會話能力
- 歡迎應届畢業生
