EIS Architect in Insurance Project (Warsaw/Hybrid)
As part of our Technology Consulting practice we are seeking experienced professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative for a leading Insurance Client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project focused on core insurance system transformation process and product implementation and the integration of modern digital insurance capabilities.
Your key responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the architecture of the EIS v12 platform and its integrations
- Define technical standards and best practices for development teams
- Mentor and support developers in their growth
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
- Lead the transformation of the core insurance system (phased go-live migration)
- - in this role your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Skills and attributes for success:
- Minimum 34 years of hands-on experience with EIS v12
- Strong architectural and backend development skills
- Experience in large-scale projects (multiple teams Agile methodology)
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Insurance domain experience (e.g. Guidewire) is highly desirable
- Academic degree in IT Finance or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Willingness to travel frequently (rewarded)
- Experience working with international teams
- Familiarity with other insurance solutions
