DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify onboard and manage top-tier fashion and lifestyle merchants (apparel footwear accessories beauty products etc.).
2. Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with vendors focusing on growth retention and category competitiveness.
3. Analyze vendor performance sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment pricing and promotions.
4. Collaborate with marketing content and operations teams to execute campaigns and ensure optimal merchant visibility on the platform.
5. Support the implementation of sales strategies and category expansion plans aligned with Payarena Malls business goals.
6. Ensure merchants meet SLAs on product availability fulfillment and customer service.
7. Resolve merchant issues promptly and maintain accurate records of engagements and agreements.
8. Act as a liaison between merchants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and platform usage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in vendor relationship management fashion retail or ecommerce. Post NYSC experience.
