Your Tasks
- Drive continuous improvement across department at production center
- Provide strategic leadership & hands-on execution are essential
- Leading cross-functional initiatives coaching teams & managing performance through BMOS & Manex pillars
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in industrial mechanical or electrical engineering
- Preferably 3-5 years in Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing TPM or Process Engineering
- Practical knowledge in Lean Tools 5S SMED Kaizen VSM & Autonomous Maintenance
- Familiar with BMOS & Manex 7 pillars
- Familiar in RCA methods : 5 why fishbon
- Proficient in data visualization & digital tools
- Having experience in operational areas
