Water Recycling (Wastewater) - Operations
Salary: 32000
Location: Based within the Anglian Water regioncovering the Northampton area. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

Are you a graduate ready to make a real impact on the environment and your community Join Anglian Water as a Graduate Operations Support Manager. This two-year graduate programme is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in a vital industry helping to deliver sustainable water services while developing your leadership and technical skills.
Youll support the day-to-day operation working closely with delivery teams and partners to ensure safe efficient and customer-focused service. From managing incidents to improving processes and supporting capital projects youll be at the heart of our mission to protect the environment and serve our customers.
What youll be doing:
Support and improve the efficiency of our Water Recycling Operations
Collaborate with teams and partners to improve performance and service
Oversee daily operations with a focus on environmental impact safety and service quality
Help manage incidents and ensure health safety and environmental standards are met
Analyse data to improve asset performance and reduce risks
Contribute to capital project planning and delivery
Ensure all activities follow Anglian Waters Health & Safety policies
