As we prepare for our UK launch were looking for a student support in London to be part of this exciting journey. If youre passionate about pets customer care and making a difference this role is for you. This is your chance to be part of a growing mission-driven company from the very beginning.
Youll work closely with our Customer Care Specialists and Country Manager take on responsibility from day one and help design and optimize our customer service processes as we grow.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Communicate with our customers via chat email and phone
- Help create process documentation and service guides
- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams
- Propose improvements to the customer journey based on insights
- Take on additional projects typical of a fast-growing start-up
Requirements
- Enrolled as a student for at least 2 more semesters
- Empathetic positive and communicative
- Passionate about pets (dogs & cats) and able to relate to pet owners
- Organized proactive and a great team player
Bonus points if you:
- Are studying Law or Veterinary Science which supports understanding claims and pet health topics
- Have copywriting skills especially for crafting clear empathetic customer communication
