About the role
As the Principal HR Business Partner for PV Commerce Tech youll partner directly with Tech executives who are reshaping how millions experience entertainment. Youll be more than just an HR leader youll drive organizational capability that ultimately leads to business impact. Youll identify and drive the highest impact people initiatives - from organizational structure operating models and decision rights to driving culture and shaping an engaged workforce that embraces AI and the future of streaming.

The ideal candidate isnt just looking for another HR role theyre seeking to make their mark on an industry in transformation. Your experience should demonstrate success in driving change at scale with a track record of guiding senior leaders through complex organizational challenges. Youll bring both the strategic vision to anticipate future needs and the practical expertise to execute flawlessly on day-to-day talent operations.

The role demands someone equally comfortable analyzing workforce metrics as they are ideating how AI adoption can drive the business forward or advising senior leaders on sensitive topics. Youll act as strategist coach and innovation partner all in service of building the teams that will define the future of entertainment. A day in the life
- Start your morning collaborating with executive tech leaders on strategic workforce planning
- Partner with recruitment to design innovative hiring strategies for critical roles
- Attend a Tech strategy review to deepen understanding of the business vision and talent levers needed to achieve it
- Coach leaders through organizational changes and growth opportunities
- Analyze attrition and engagement data to develop targeted retention initiatives
- Lead an internal discussion session on how developer AI tools can drive business impact
- Drive inclusive leadership practices through team development sessions
- Shape compensation strategies that reward tech excellence and innovation

- Strong track record of impact in an HR generalist leadership role or equivalent experience such as organizational consulting
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence and coach senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills including ability to deep dive data surface insights and build recommendations that have measurable impact

- Strong business acumen and curiosity; ability to craft talent strategies that drive business impact
- Ability to thrive through change and embrace the future with optimism including leveraging GenAI to drive positive impact for employees
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR COE partners to deliver integrated support and partnership to the business
- Experience partnering with executive-level technical leaders
- Strong executive facilitation skills
