Develop and implement the annual category plan as well as the medium- and long-term strategic plan in partnership with the Latam team.
Perform monthly sales performance tracking of the products under their responsibility proposing joint marketing and sales actions to achieve established targets (profits margins sales market share).
Responsible for the brand P&L with monthly follow-ups.
Develop deep knowledge of the competition and identify possible movements/impacts on the brands business.
Partner with the Research & Insights teams to deepen the understanding/knowledge of Brazilian consumers.
Coordinate portfolio pricing strategy discussions and recommendations driving value growth.
Work in partnership with the Retail Marketing team on specific plans for each retail environment including portfolio expansion in new sizes and formats.
Lead/co-lead multifunctional teams (R&D Manufacturing and Supply Chain) together with the LatAm team for portfolio development/local opportunities.
Previous experience in Product Management/Innovation
Experience in Marketing/Retail Marketing
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research as well as continuous research (including Nielsen)
Fluent in English
Spanish language (desirable)
