Job Description
As one of our valued Airport Representatives during the Summer 2026 season you will play a vital part meeting & greeting our customers on arrival and departure deliveringoutstanding customer service and directing our customers to their transfer. You will always beworking as one teamwith internal & external suppliers andtake responsibilityfor resolving customers queries or problems using ourin-house digital systems.

What will you do in the role
Reporting to the Airport Team Leader you willWork as One Teamwith internal & external stakeholders to deliverVIP industry leading Customer Serviceto our all-important customers. You will be provided with fantastic training to ensure you:
Create Memoriesfor our customers by welcoming all customers to the airport with our famous smiles.
Take Responsibilityby supporting with any flight disruption serious emergencies & customer escalations.
Be the face ofJet2holidaysaround the airport to support our customers airport journey.
Collaboratewith our transfer providers & customers both inside the airport terminals and outside in the coach park supporting our transfer operations.
Prepare & deliver holiday essential information to give to customers as they arrive for theirJet2holiday.
Deliver a friendlyhave a lovely flightexperience as our customers prepare to fly home.
What will I need
You will already holdfull right to work documentsforBulgariaand be living in the destination.
Working hours will vary each month and will include early starts late finishes split shifts & working weekends. We will provide your roster 3-4 weeks in advance. As an Airport Representative its important to be aware that you will spend long periods of time on your feet andworking outsideduring the summer months. You must beflexible to work a range of hoursas you will also be required to support with flight disruption serious emergencies & customer escalations.
No previous experience is required however you will be able to effectivelyhandle a wide range of different customer facing situations be able tosolve problems have a positive friendly attitude andIT confidentto be able to use in-housedigital systemsdaily on aTablet device.
