Area Manager Regional Victoria

Australian Venue Co. is on the lookout for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of our venues across Regional Victoria. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about driving growth elevating customer experience and building high-performing teams.

Note: This role is regionally based and requires the successful candidate to be located in or relocate to the Yarrawonga/Albury area.

What youll be doing:

Venue Growth Partner with Venue Managers to deliver like-for-like sales growth shape quarterly sales strategies and ensure menu innovation and product performance.
Customer Experience Champion exceptional service embed best-practice SOPs and audit venues monthly to maintain a 4.5 star rating.
Leadership & People Coach mentor and develop Venue Managers with a strong focus on progression through our Advance programs.
Safety & Compliance Promote a safety-first culture ensuring compliance targets are achieved across your patch.
Hands-On Engagement Be on the ground with your teams working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support guide and lead by example.

Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
A people-focused leader who builds trust develops talent and drives accountability.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
