- Process customer orders accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP from order entry to delivery.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customers products and pricing in the ERP system.
- Prepare quotations proformas and invoices for customers.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including sales reports and customer account management.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and product information requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels in the ERP system and inform the sales team of shortages or delays.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups when required.
Profile required
- Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales administration order processing or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
