- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads qualify prospects and close deals
- Prepare and process sales contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage the contract lifecycle including drafting negotiation execution and renewal
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and contract status in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth contract implementation
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in developing and improving sales and contract management processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or contract administration preferably in a B2B environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
- Experience with contract management software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Knowledge of sales processes and contract management
- Understanding of basic legal terminology related to contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
