About the Role

A competitive salary of $80000 to $85000 super
Lead daily front-of-house operations with confidence professionalism and warmth
Recruit train and mentor a passionate restaurant team to deliver standout service
Create a positive performance-driven culture that values consistency and care
Drive pre-service briefings ongoing staff development and service refinements
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure seamless execution
Report to the Venue Manager and contribute to the leadership teams success

About You

Proven experience in a similar restaurant management role within a high-volume quality-driven environment
A hands-on leader with energy attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
Strong skills in staff training development and performance management
Calm under pressure proactive and an excellent communicator
Passionate about service and committed to creating memorable guest experiences
Full working rights and valid RSA
