We are now looking for a
Sales Specialist to join our team in Espoo or Pirkkala
The scope of the role:
As a Sales Specialist you will have an important role in our sales team and will work closely with sales managers supporting them in daily tasks such as calculating quotes responding to customer contacts processing customer data and selling. You may participate in customer meetings and in different customer projects as a representative of sales. Sales Specialist will have an important role in helping our sales team in achievement our targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer needs assessment and quotes calculation
- Customer communication and customer data handling in CRM
- Technical sales
- Participation in customer projects as well as the development of quotes calculations and the sales process
- Sales material creating together with Marketing and R&D
- Co-operation with other departments such as Customer Support Marketing Production and R&D
Skills and competences needed in this role:
- in Engineering or relevant field
- 3 years of work experience
- Previous experience from HVAC sector is an advantage
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Experience from working in an international environment
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
