We are looking for an experienced and self-directed Omnichannel Sales Specialist for a role that combines field sales sales partner collaboration and the development and support of telemarketing.
In this role you will not be directly responsible for selling to customers. Instead your primary focus will be on supporting managing and developing the sales teams and partners who interact with customers through meetings and calls. You will set sales targets for sales partners provide ongoing support for salespeople on various needs and ensure these teams have the guidance resources and oversight needed to achieve their targets and deliver excellent customer experiences. Additionally you will regularly confront and resolve problem-solving situations across various areas related to sales operations. Your work will concentrate on operational development quality control and strategic improvement of our sales channels.
You will be part of a team focused on acquiring new customers developing our sales channels and continually seeking new sources of customer acquisition. Team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) drive output and guide actions. The team comprises sales and process-oriented professionals with a broad skill set in the sales this team you will have a front-row seat to Vattenfalls customer experience as the customer is always at the centre of our operations.
Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment where information and activities come from many directions. Good stress tolerance and prioritization skills are essential for succeeding in this position. We also value strong interpersonal skills strategic thinking and readiness to travel to meet sales partners within Finland as needed.
We are seeking applicants with prior preferably extensive hands-on experience in sales or team leadership roles especially in field sales or telemarketing. Previous experience in the energy sector is not required as comprehensive industry and product training will be provided during onboarding. However any prior experience in the energy industry will be considered an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of sales targets according to plan
- Management of sales partnerships
- Monitoring the performance and quality of sales teams
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets for the team
- Managing and optimizing sales meetings with sales partners
- Handling customer complaints
- Reporting sales targets and results
- Developing the sales team by motivating guiding and training product expertise
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a specialist or team leader in field store or tele-sales
- Result-oriented approach
- Experience in sales work and its development
- Ability to perceive sales strategy in a Omnichannel environment
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to read situations
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
- Ability to manage and handle ad hoc tasks
- Willingness to travel within Finland
