The Role
Were looking for a Sales Solutions Manager to bridge Sales and Product and help RoverPass win and grow strategic accounts. This is not a cold-calling or high-volume role. Instead youll take a consultative sales approach: understanding customer needs identifying gaps and shaping solutions even creating them with our Product and Engineering teams when needed.
Think of it this way: if a customer says I need an apple and RoverPass doesnt sell apples yet youll be the one who uncovers why they need it coordinates internally to see how we can build or integrate it and then explains to the customer how and when we can deliver.
Youll be central to identifying opportunities to expand the value of RoverPass within our customer base and positioning our platform as the best choice for organizations looking to modernize their operations sometimes through tailored solutions developed with our Product team
Responsibilities
Drive revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts and by winning strategic new accounts.
Partner with Product and Engineering to scope prioritize and communicate new solutions for customers.
Present technical capabilities and future roadmap in a clear compelling way to customers and decision-makers.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects: uncovering needs designing solutions and managing expectations.
Stay ahead of industry trends (AI SaaS travel tech hospitality marketplaces) to bring fresh ideas to customer conversations.
Contribute feedback directly into the RoverPass product strategy.
Requirements
4 years in B2B SaaS sales sales engineering or solutions consulting ideally in hospitality travel tech or marketplaces.
Proven track record of consultative selling and closing complex or enterprise-level deals.
Strong ability to communicate both in customer language and technical/product language.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred Salesforce Zoho etc.).
Experience driving upsells and cross-sells in existing accounts.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or involvement in product innovation is a strong plus.
Self-starter creative problem solver and collaborative team player.
