Role Summary
EUSMS seeks a creative and detail-oriented volunteer to design and deliver the organizations annual Impact Report in close collaboration with the CFO Office. You will work alongside research associates (who curate best practices) and data experts (who supply quantitative inputs) to turn complex information into clear compelling and visually engaging report formats. This role is ideal for a graphic designer who enjoys translating data and narratives into impactful visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.

Tasks
Core Responsibilities
- Design & Layout // Lead the visual design of the Impact Report (digital-first PDF-ready print-friendly)
- Collaboration // Coordinate with CFO Office research associates and data experts to align narrative data and visuals
- Data Visualization // Create infographics charts and visuals that simplify complex findings
- Brand Consistency // Ensure design aligns with EUSMS branding and professional standards
- Iteration // Incorporate feedback from leadership and team members to refine drafts
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Graphic design tools (Canva Adobe InDesign Illustrator or equivalent)
- Data visualization (charts infographics visual storytelling)
- Strong sense of layout typography and brand consistency
- Ability to structure and present complex content clearly
