Job Summary
Shape the future of Scalables new fully vertically integrated investment and banking platform. Scalables Broker digital Wealth Management and Credit offerings are seamlessly integrated into a newly developed technology platform.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated (Associate) Product Manager to own our settlement and custody capabilities. You will play a crucial role in developing our platform ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our business. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define prioritize and deliver the roadmap for our clearing settlement and custody solutions managing trade-offs to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems.
- Work closely with Engineering Operations Compliance and partners to build launch and iterate on impactful product initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with external partners including settlement counterparties and CSDs
- Translate market research quantitative data analysis user and client feedback into a cohesive product vision user stories and intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications :
- Practical product management experience as a PM or by driving product-focused projects in a dynamic startup or tech environment
- Passion for technology finance and digital products
- Strong academic background with a degree in Management Finance Economics Business Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
- Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience - software engineer stakeholder or executive
- A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
- Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story you can handle it
- Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
- Great understanding of product management practices and incorporating diverse inputs (user research data market analysis) into product strategy
- Bonus Points: Experience with post-trade processes or securities transfers and a strong understanding of financial markets
