Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Customer Care Executive to join our team at AMAR CARS PVT. Vapi. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service within the retail motor vehicles industry. As a Customer Care Executive you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers ensuring their needs are met with a 100% satisfaction rate.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (mandatory skill) to effectively interact with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Empathy (mandatory skill) to genuinely understand customer concerns and address them with care and compassion.
  • Problem-solving (mandatory skill) to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Active listening skills to accurately capture customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conflict resolution to efficiently mediate and resolve conflicts maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Time management to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer requests effectively across various channels.
  • Adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances and customer demands in a dynamic work environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or in-person visits ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services available at AMAR CARS PVT. LTD.
  • Resolve customer complaints by conducting thorough investigations proposing effective solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support services and resource utilization.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights and use the information to continually enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer care policies and procedures to align with company goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
