About the Job

• Reconciliation of accounts with transport and partner companies

• Handling of accounts payable and receivable processes

• Support and monitoring of incoming invoice and payment processes including execution of payment runs

• Verification of finance-relevant master data

• Close coordination with operational departments

• Opportunity to contribute to projects related to the implementation of our new accounting system

About You:

• Completed commercial training

• Initial professional experience in accounting ideally with a focus on accounts payable and receivable

• Independent and reliable working style with a strong affinity for IT

• Strong team and communication skills

• Solid MS Office skills especially Excel

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
